Shipping and Handling

Excellent customer service is our objective. We aim to provide the freshest product possible, as we do not use artificial preservatives in all of our products. All orders are filled and shipped as soon as possible, while we maintain sanitary practices. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed; up to 14 business days for orders shipped to a Canadian address.

 

Orders are filled for shipping on Wednesday and Saturday.

U.S. Domestic shipping is available (US - 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.) and shipping to Canada. We ship via USPS Priority & Priority International.

Undeliverable Packages (Return to Sender/Unable to Forward); Wrong Shipping Address
No refunds will be issued for undeliverable packages or packages sent to the wrong shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of shipping information entered during checkout before finalizing payment. USPS may allow a package to be rerouted once it is in their possession. See individual tracking information for details. See Refund policy.

Due to the natural ingredients used, our products may soften during transport and exhibit a runny consistency. This does not alter the integrity of our product. If this occurs, simply place the product(s) in a cool, dry place (refrigeration up to an hour is ok) until the mixture solidifies; mixture will remain malleable.

Insulated Cold Packaging (US Domestic shipping only) is an excellent option, specifically for the warmer months and climates. This is a more expensive form of shipping because it includes extra material designed to keep your order cool for at least 48 hours. Please understand that this is not an automatic option for orders that qualify for free shipping, unless otherwise noted. It is the customer's responsibility to select and pay for Insulated Cold Packaging during checkout. ATTENTION: Shipping is non-refundable.

Once a shipping confirmation email is sent with the package's tracking number, your package is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. AromaWhips is not responsible for USPS operations (package scan, distribution, delivery, claims, etc). Please contact USPS to rectify any issues with shipping delays and/or delivery as soon as possible. There may be peak times during the year (October - January) that can affect timely deliveries. We ask that you please be patient with the United States Postal Service.

The United States Postal Service filed notice with the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) of a temporary price change to take effect Oct. 3, 2021.
The planned temporary price adjustments are in response to increased expenses and heightened demand for online shopping package volume due to the coronavirus pandemic and expected holiday ecommerce. As a result of these changing market conditions, the Postal Service is planning a time-limited price increase on all commercial domestic competitive package volume from Oct. 3 until Dec. 26, 2021.
The planned price increase would go into effect at 12:00AM Central on Oct. 3, 2021 and remain in place until 12:00AM Central Dec. 26, 2021. 
The planned prices effect commercial domestic competitive parcels – Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, First-Class Package Service, Parcel Select, and Parcel Return Service.
AromaWhips utilizes USPS Priority Mail to ship all outgoing orders. What does this mean for you?
We have decided to increase the cost of shipping for orders placed on our website. This decision outweighed the option to raise individual product prices by 20%.
You will see an increase in our shipping rate, effective Friday, October 1st. 
Also, orders that qualify for FREE SHIPPING will be subject to a handling fee.
