AromaWhips Refund Policy


All sales are final.

Due to the nature of AromaWhips products and the Covid-19 health crisis, product returns and refunds are not accepted. Beauty, cosmetic, health, personal care and wellness items cannot be returned for a refund.

Undeliverable Packages (Return to Sender/Unable to Forward); Wrong Shipping Address
No refunds will be issued for undeliverable packages or packages sent to the wrong shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of shipping information entered during checkout before finalizing payment. USPS may allow a package to be rerouted once it is in their possession. See individual tracking information for details.

Free Gifts, Discounted and Sale Items (including products purchased using a discount code)
Discounted and sale items are sold as is and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need to exchange an item that has arrived damaged or defective, please send an email to: The email must be sent within 24 hours of product delivery date*.
Pictures of the damaged and/or defective item(s) must be included in the email.
*Product delivery date is recognized as USPS tracked delivery date.
AromaWhips will send a self-addressed shipping label to the address on file. All damaged and/or defective item(s) must be returned to:

Please note that AromaWhips will only send one (1) return shipping label at our expense (USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping). Each shipping label guarantees delivery via USPS tracking and includes insurance for packages valued at up to $100.00. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the expense if more insurance or multiple return shipping labels are required.
Damaged and/or defective item(s) will only be exchanged for the same item. An exchange will not take place until the damaged and/or defective item(s) is(are) received and processed by AromaWhips. Please allow 7-10 business days for complete processing.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

*Handcrafted Natural Wood Soap Dish
All soap dishes come with the manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (See product page for care instructions). If a soap dish ever breaks, it will be replaced for free. Simply follow the steps above to begin the exchange process as soon as possible. Please allow 2-4 weeks for complete processing.
